Piccadilly Mortgages (specifically our point of contact Tracy) were excellent throughout our mortgage process. They guided us every step of the way and answered any queries we had promptly. I especially liked Piccadilly's online portal, where we could upload all required documents directly, compared to other brokers in the past where documents had to be emailed back and fourth. Our case involved several challenges, including changing lenders, additional documentation requests, gift declarations from overseas, and delays with our IRP renewals. What truly sets Tracy apart is their ability to deliver results under pressure.
