Who are we?

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US

Piccadilly Mortgages was established in May 2023. We are a professional mortgage consulting company. In other words, we are a mortgage brokers that work with multiple lenders on your behalf. We are Irish owned and we service the Irish mortgage market. We are highly skilled in providing specialist mortgage advice to our clients nationwide. We work with: Avant Money; Bank of Ireland; PTSB, ICS Mortgages; Dilosk; Finance Ireland; Haven Mortgages (AIB’s broker arm) directly and via Brokers Ireland (whom we are a member of). Each lender that we work with offers different types of interest rates and different types of mortgage packages. We support clients from all industry sectors and all nationalities living in Ireland in order to obtain a mortgage in Ireland. This could be your first mortgage, your next mortgage, an investment mortgage, a top-up mortgage, or a mortgage switch to get a better rate.

MORE THAN JUST MORTGAGE ADVICE

The founder, Tracy O’Sullivan, has nearly 20 years’ experience working in mortgages, in retail banking and working alongside one of Ireland’s leading estate agents. This experience enables Tracy to help explain the full house purchase life-cycle to you – from the hunting process to the different mortgage application stages and completion requirements in order to collect the keys to your new home. It is our pledge to you to walk with you throughout this process, which is not always straightforward. Our aim is to inform you while working with you on this journey.
